W.I.A.A. CLUB HOUSE LIMITED was incorporated on 10th September 1947. Under Indian Companies Act, VII of 1913 .

The club’s existence had come about in the year 1829 at Dum Dum a northeastern suburb of Calcutta and was christened as the Dum Dum Golf Club.
