SCARF(I) Online
SCARF - Schizophrenia Research Foundation, a non governmental, non profit organization in Chennai (formerly Madras) in south India. Founded in 1984 by a group of philanthropists and mental health professionals SCARF has established itself as a center of repute in rehabilitation and research in disorders of the mind.
SNEHA-INDIA
SNEHA-INDIA started in 1994 as a small group of doctors and scientists interested in the possible link between India's high rates of heart disease and diabetes and poor growth in early life. We became a registered charitable organisation in 1998. Our central office is in Mumbai.
Sundaram Medical Foundation
On September 4, 2004, SMF completed its first decade of service to the community. The period has been one of unflagging growth and demand for our services. For the last several months, occupancy at the hospital has been 100%. With the continuing support of donations to the Trust from the parent companies of the Sundaram Finance Group.
TARSHI
The organisation was conceptualised and was set up in New Delhi, in 1995 on an individual Fellowship from The MacArthur Foundation. It was registered as a not-for-profit society in 1997 and is managed by the current board of directors comprised of professionals working in diverse fields of sexuality, reproductive health, and violence against women, media and rights.
Tribal India Health Foundation
The Tribal India Health Foundation is 501(c) non-profit organization formed by existing tribal health initiatives to significantly improve the health status of their target populations, while also encouraging the formation of more tribal health initiatives throughout India. This will enable tribal populations to break their current cycle of poverty and ill health and enjoy better lives.
